Referral Program
An owner referral program allows members and owners to share their Holiday Inn Club Vacation (HICV) experiences with friends and family with the intent of encouraging them to become members. This campaign was created to support these efforts with a clean design and overall tone.

The HICV Referral program presented an opportunity for a design, style and tone refresh that would communicate an easier and friendlier program. A fresh teal color and a bold typeface were introduced to differentiate this piece amongst other member communications.
Direct mailer
The printed mailer component of this campaign consists of tear-off referral cards that owners would present to friends and family who may be interested in the HICV product.

This was designed with the intent to make what can be a confusing and cumbersome referral program approachable, simple and friendly. The “How it Works” section introduced an easy three step graphic approach.
